Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive new patient evaluations and establish diagnoses

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care with clear goals and timelines

  • Deliver and progress skilled physical therapy interventions

  • Educate patients on their condition, home exercise programs, and long-term care strategies

  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and efficiently

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Current or eligible North Carolina Physical Therapist license

  • Ability to practice independently and make sound clinical decisions

  • Comfortable treating vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk populations

  • Outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or vestibular experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
