Why You’ll Love This Job

Grow your career in a focused, patient-centered outpatient ENT practice with a strong emphasis on vestibular rehabilitation. We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team and support evidence-based care for patients experiencing balance, dizziness, and vestibular disorders.

In this role, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to carry out individualized treatment plans, provide one-on-one patient care, and contribute to a calm, well-organized clinical environment. Our practice values clear communication, consistency, and teamwork, and we prioritize thoughtful care over volume-driven treatment.

You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your skills in vestibular rehab within a collaborative setting that supports learning, mentorship, and professional growth. We use appropriate technology and current best practices to ensure high-quality care while maintaining realistic workflows and strong clinical standards.

This position is ideal for a PTA who values structure, accountability, and meaningful patient relationships, and who enjoys being part of a practice where professionalism, respect, and collaboration are expected and supported.

This is a great opportunity for a PTA interested in outpatient ENT and vestibular rehabilitation to grow within a stable, collaborative, and patient-focused practice.

    • Monitor patient progress and communicate observations, concerns, or changes to the supervising Physical Therapist in a timely and collaborative manner.

    • Maintain an organized treatment schedule that supports patient needs and clinic flow.

  • Documentation & Compliance

    • Complete accurate, timely, and defensible clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies, state regulations, and legal guidelines.

    • Maintain confidentiality of all patient records and ensure proper authentication of required clinical reports and daily treatment notes.

    • Support communication with referring providers as directed through progress updates and discharge summaries.

  • Collaboration & Professional Conduct

    • Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists, physicians, technicians, and administrative staff to support continuity of care and a positive patient experience.

    • Maintain clear, respectful internal and external communication.

    • Present oneself in a professional, reliable, and approachable manner while contributing to a supportive and collegial work environment.

    • Supervise and delegate tasks to rehabilitation technicians as appropriate to support efficient clinic operations.

  • Clinic Operations & Practice Support

    • Support clinic workflows by following established procedures and contributing constructive feedback when recurring challenges impact patient care or operations.

    • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members as directed.

    • Help maintain clinic space, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient treatment environment.

    • Reinforce provider-recommended services and support patient understanding of available clinic services within scope and established workflows.

  • Professional Growth & Engagement

    • Practice in accordance with APTA ethical standards, state laws, and company policies.

    • Stay current with relevant techniques, best practices, and trends in physical therapy and vestibular rehabilitation.

    • Participate in staff meetings, team discussions, and clinic initiatives as scheduled.

    • Contribute thoughtfully to ongoing improvement of clinic processes and patient care delivery.
