The Role: Client Care Specialist

The CCS is the first and last impression of our clinic. You’ll make sure patients feel valued, supported, and guided every step of the way. This role keeps patients engaged and ensures they complete their care plans.

What You’ll LOVE Doing

  • Tracking daily physician referrals with precision.

  • Calling patients to confirm visits.

  • Acting on the Prompt Dashboard daily to prevent cancellations.

  • Supporting floor operations (Neubie, HRV, PEMF, patient flow).

  • Delivering “wow” moments of customer service.

  • Spotting and solving workflow gaps.
