FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is growing! We're opening a new clinic in Maynard and looking for a Client Care Specialist to join our team.

Think of this as a medical receptionist role with a broader scope. You'll welcome patients, manage appointments, and help coordinate the many details that keep our clinic running smoothly. You'll play an important role in the patient experience and be part of a team helping people get back to the activities they love.

Prior healthcare experience is helpful, but not required. We'll provide hands-on training through our established Bedford team. What matters most is intelligence, reliability, organization, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

• Welcome patients, answer phones, manage appointments, and provide a friendly, helpful experience from check-in to check-out

• Coordinate new patient intake, referrals, insurance verification, authorizations, and payments.

• Communicate with patients, clinicians, and referring physicians to keep everyone informed and appointments running smoothly.

• Manage patient records, reports, and other administrative details accurately and efficiently.

• Navigate multiple software systems while juggling competing priorities and working closely with our Maynard and Bedford teams.
