Are you looking for a part-time role where you can be part of a small, supportive team and make a real impact in patients’ lives?

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance in Mentor, OH is a locally owned outpatient clinic specializing in balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehab. We’re currently hiring for a Front Desk + Physical Therapy Aide to join our team for weekday afternoons (1:00–6:00 PM).

This is a great opportunity for a college student interested in physical therapy — but you don’t have to be a student to apply. We welcome anyone who is dependable, motivated, and looking to be part of a team that truly values personalized care.

About the Role:

  • Schedule: Part-time, afternoons (1–6 PM), Monday through Friday

  • Greet and check in patients

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, take payments

  • Help clean and set up gym and treatment areas

  • Support PT staff with general clinic operations

Who We're Looking For:

  • Someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, or helping others

  • Friendly, reliable, and organized

  • Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages

  • Able to be on your feet and lift ~25 lbs

  • Available weekday afternoons (1–6 PM)

  • No prior experience required—we’ll train you

Responsibilities

  • Skilled at handling incoming calls
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Comfortable with computers, ability to handle uploading and downloading files as well as navigating email
  • Competent phone skills
  • MS Suite familiarity, including Instant Messenger, Excel, and Word
  • Able to effectively communicate with others
  • Basic computer skills including email navigation and downloading/uploading files
  • Familiarity with principles of Excel; able to use Word and Instant Messenger

Skills & Qualifications

  • H.S. grad or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
