We are seeking a Medical Scheduler / Rehab Technician whose primary role will focus on patient scheduling, insurance coordination, and front office operations, with opportunities to assist clinicians in the treatment area as needed. Responsibilities

As the central point of contact for patient scheduling and clinic flow, your role is critical to the success of the clinic.

Medical Scheduler Duties:

• Schedule new evaluations and follow-up visits efficiently

• Optimize provider schedules to maintain productivity goals

• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations

• Communicate financial estimates clearly to patients

• Coordinate referrals from physicians and community providers

• Answer incoming calls and manage patient inquiries

• Monitor cancellation lists and fill open appointment slots

• Ensure documentation and intake paperwork are completed

• Work closely with billing to ensure accurate patient information

• You will help drive patient volume, provider efficiency, and overall clinic growth.

• Pre-PT, Exercise Science, Healthcare Administration, or pre-med students

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
