Clinical Leadership & Patient Care
  • Supervise and support physical therapists and assistants.
  • Ensure compliance with evidence-based treatment protocols and standards of care.
  • Provide direct patient care.
  • Address patient concerns and enhance the patient experience.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional growth.
  • Manage patient flow/distribution.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • A current North Carolina Physical Therapy license.
  • Competence in working efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset that fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • At least two years of experience as a physical therapist.
