Physical Therapist – Immediate Need (Part-Time / Flexible)

FYZICAL Hackettstown is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for immediate openings. We are open to part-time, temporary, short-term, or someone looking to pick up a couple of extra hours a week, depending on availability. We are an established, independently owned outpatient clinic focused on orthopedic and balance care, with a structured one-to-one treatment model.

What This Role Looks Like

• Flexible schedule – full-time, part-time, or temporary coverage
• Immediate start available
• 40–60 minute sessions
• No double booking
• Orthopedic, balance, and fall-risk caseload
• PTA already on staff

We are focused on getting the right clinicians in place quickly and are open to structuring the role based on availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop plans of care
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training
• Collaborate with and supervise PTA in accordance with NJ regulations
• Complete documentation during the workday – AI-assisted EMR tools provided (Prompt)

Skills & Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ (or Compact privileges)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Comfortable working in an autonomous, one-to-one care environment
• Open to flexible scheduling
