Physical Therapist (PT) — Full-Time, Outpatient
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center — Copperfield | NW Houston, TX$80,000–$100,000/year, based on experience · Full-time, 40 hrs/week · Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM · No weekends, no on-callSingle-location, owner-operated clinic · Highest-rated PT clinic in Copperfield (180+ five-star Google reviews) · Start: July 2026The role at a glance
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (1-hour lunch). No nights, no weekends, no on-call, no shift shuffling.
- Pay: $80,000–$100,000 year), based on experience. Paid bi-weekly.
- Location: 8526 Highway 6 N, Houston, TX 77095 (Copperfield / NW Houston).
- Start: July 2026.
- Open to starting part-time? This is a full-time role, but if you'd prefer to start part-time and grow into full-time as our volume builds, we're open to that for the right PT — just let us know.
What you'll do
On clinic days, you'll be the PT in the building — evaluating new patients, designing their plans of care, and running the visits that genuinely need a PT. Our PTA handles the bulk of ongoing follow-ups and our lead PT focuses on patient care, so your day stays squarely on the high-value work: evaluations, plan design, and the patients who specifically need PT-level treatment.
The caseload is a true mix — ortho and musculoskeletal (back pain, joint issues, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries), with balance/vestibular and some neuro folded in. No two days look alike, and we're actively growing the ortho side.
This role is built for a PT who values autonomy. You'll set your own pace and own your evaluations and clinical decisions — with a team that has your back when you need it.
Who we're looking for
- Active Texas PT license (or license-eligible). 1+ year of outpatient experience is a plus, but we'll talk to strong newer grads who are ready to run their own day.
- Comfortable with a mixed adult outpatient caseload — mostly ortho/MSK, with some neuro and balance/vestibular.
- Strong patient communication. Every patient should leave their first visit knowing the plan, how many visits it'll take, and why it matters.
- Organized with documentation. We run on Prompt EMR — fast and clean, not the documentation slog you may have had elsewhere.
- Self-directed and team-aware — you'll work directly with our PTA and front desk, and coordinate asynchronously with our lead PT on shared patients.
If you want a clinic that hands you a packed schedule and reviews every note, we're probably not your fit. If you want real ownership of your clinical days, keep reading.
What we offer
- A real pay range, posted up front — no “let's discuss” runaround.
- A predictable schedule. No last-minute changes, no scope creep, no “can you cover Friday?”
- Real autonomy. Full ownership of your evaluations, plans of care, and clinical decisions.
- Room to grow. As patient volume grows, there's a path to expand your role and responsibilities here.
- CEU support to keep your license current and your skills sharp.
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision, partially employer-sponsored.
- A clinic that actually works. Modern equipment, a clean facility, and a front desk that handles scheduling and intake so you can focus on patients — plus a team of clinicians who'll know you by name, not a staffing pool.
