As our Physician Liaison, you will be the face of FYZICAL in the medical community—serving as a trusted partner to physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers. You’ll work closely with our clinical team to strengthen referral relationships, expand our network, and help more patients access life-changing care. Serve as a brand ambassador for FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Central Indiana
Build and nurture strong relationships with local physicians, medical clinics, and community contacts
Strategically promote FYZICAL’s specialized services and treatments
Prospect and develop new referral sources to grow patient volume
Act as a key communication bridge between clinics and referring offices
Represent FYZICAL at community and professional events
Gather and share market feedback to help strengthen our reputation and outreach strategies
The Physician Liaison is critical to clinic success. You will play a key role in shaping first impressions, strengthening trust with providers, and ensuring FYZICAL remains a top choice for physical therapy and balance care in the community. Your work directly supports patient access, clinic growth, and long-term partnerships.
Competitive salary: $48,000–$68,000 + performance-based bonus

Lead strategic initiatives to increase patient referral volume and strengthen positive perceptions of FYZICAL among both internal and external referral sources
Develop, implement, and execute targeted outreach, relationship-building, and marketing plans to consistently meet and exceed growth goals
Manage and prioritize a high-volume territory using excellent time management, organization, and communication skills in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Analyze referral data and performance metrics, including daily review of DMR reports, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
Coordinate and support marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and new referral relationships
Utilize CRM systems, templates, and lead-tracking tools to track activity, manage leads, and document outcomes
Build and maintain strong business relationships with local community organizations, employers, and business partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as hospital medical affairs, outbound referral systems, provider recruitment, and provider resources to align outreach efforts
Establish and sustain consistent communication with referring providers and office staff through in-person visits, follow-up meetings, phone calls, and email outreach
Apply research-based outreach strategies to build trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships within the medical community
Identify, segment, and prioritize high-value referral sources and target audiences to maximize territory performance
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in sales, marketing, communications, healthcare outreach, or business development; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Valid driver’s license required, with the ability to travel daily within an assigned territory
Reliable personal vehicle required (with mileage reimbursement provided)
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, stay highly organized, and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency with computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; comfortable learning new technology and tracking tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present professionally to physicians, office staff, and community partners
Relationship-driven mindset with the ability to build trust, influence, and long-term partnerships
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team
