Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities, skills and experience:

  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • A current Texas State License for Physical Therapy (PT) (or Temporary License)
  • Experience in vestibular disorders and balance (preferred), including motivation to learn FYZICAL’s proprietary vestibular care protocols.
  • Previous experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting
  • A true sense of care for our clients and an interest in guiding people to success
  • Experience with appropriate and optimized coding practices and commitment to the financial success of the clinic
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Experience developing care plans to provide optimal care in an outpatient setting
