The Clinical Director directs all aspects of clinical operations. This position will oversee clinical governance, activities, and patient care services.   • Provide input into technology for the care of patients for different modalities
  • Oversee all assistant, technician, and student job assignments/activities
  • Plan and conduct seminars on physical therapy and related topics for medical staff, students and community groups
  • Provide PT and related training for in-house staff
  • Provide analytics and organizational oversight for the facility (payroll, filing, requisitions, etc.)
  • Participate in community events to promote wellness and the business
  • Assure patients are treated promptly in accordance with their scheduled appointments
  • Assist manager with analyzing and organizing the clinic’s operations/procedures including payroll prep, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies

Skills & Qualifications

  • Possess a degree from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience
  • Current state licensing and certifications
  • BLS or CPR to AHA standards
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive, kind, engaging, compassionate, team player
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Dynamic leadership and an open mind, great communication skills
  • Computer proficient, knowledge of WebPT
  • Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
