Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish clear diagnoses
-
Develop personalized care plans with measurable goals and timelines
-
Deliver skilled interventions, therapeutic exercises, and hands-on treatments
-
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
-
Educate patients on home exercises and long-term wellness strategies
-
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all PT standards
-
Contribute to a positive clinic culture through mentorship, learning, and teamwork
Skills & Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Active Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma (or eligible for licensure)
-
Strong interest or experience in one or more of the following areas:
-
Balance, vestibular, and fall-risk rehabilitation
-
Pelvic health and pelvic floor therapy (men’s and/or women’s)
-
Neurological or orthopedic outpatient care
-

Ability to design and progress effective, individualized treatment plans
-
Comfortable working independently in a supportive, fast-paced setting
-
Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and passionate about patient outcomes
-
Preferred: 1+ year experience in outpatient PT, vestibular rehab, or pelvic health
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
-
Dry needling certification or interest in becoming certified
-
Spanish-speaking or multilingual (especially useful for patient communication)
-
Experience or comfort working with pelvic health, including pre/postpartum care
-
Experience or comfort working with post-concussion patients
-
Manual therapy proficiency and hands-on treatment style
-
Confidence treating multiple body regions or diagnoses in a single visit
-
Interest in community outreach, physician relationship building, or marketing support
