About the Role
We seek a full-time, salaried Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver individualized, one-on-one care to patients with diverse diagnoses, including post-operative rehabilitation, musculoskeletal disorders, neurological conditions, vestibular disorders, and more. Your expertise will help patients regain function, alleviate pain, and return to the activities they love.

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess movement, strength, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and timelines.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education to patients and their families.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Educate patients on techniques for the continuation of care and injury prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee or eligible for licensure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
