Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s functional goals and clinical needs.
• Deliver high-quality one-on-one physical therapy services within a patient-centered care model that prioritizes outcomes over volume.
• Utilize clinical judgment to progress, modify, and optimize treatment plans throughout the patient’s course of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery strategies, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation utilizing AI-assisted technology designed to streamline administrative tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, referral sources, and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting the growth and reputation of the clinic.
• Participate in the development of specialty programs, community relationships, and clinical initiatives as the practice continues to expand.
Skills & Qualifications
• Licensed Physical Therapist (VA or compact eligible)
• Minimum 2–3 years of outpatient experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
