Job Summary
As a Physical Therapy Assistant at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and activities, monitoring their progress, and maintaining accurate treatment documentation.

Responsibilities

Support the Physical Therapist during patient evaluations and assessments.

Contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities.

Track and observe patient progress, reporting any updates or concerns to the Physical Therapist.

Accurately document treatment sessions and collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
-
2–5 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

Current and active North Carolina Physical Therapy Assistant license.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Experience with diverse patient populations preferred.

Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency a plus.
