Why You’ll Love This Job
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chapel Hill is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who wants to practice patient-centered, one-on-one care with genuine clinical autonomy in an owner-led outpatient clinic.
Our clinic is intentionally designed around listening to patients, treating them one-on-one, and celebrating meaningful outcomes—not volume, checklists, or rigid protocols. Clinicians here are trusted to think critically, adapt treatment plans, and practice at the top of their license. In return, we expect professionalism, accountability, and ownership of patient outcomes.
If you prefer high-volume, protocol-driven clinics, this is not the right role.
We focus heavily on balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk populations, while maintaining a strong outpatient orthopedic foundation. This is a role for a Physical Therapist who values autonomy, thoughtful care, and long-term professional growth within a small, stable, owner-led practice.
