FYZICAL Framingham is looking for a Clinical Director who wants more than a job — you want a clinic you can put your stamp on, a team you can develop, and a structured pathway to share in the success of a growing multi‑location practice.
Our clinic opened in February 2025 and is backed by FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, one of the fastest‑growing PT networks in the country. You’ll have the autonomy of local ownership with the support of a national clinical community.

Who You Are
- Licensed PT in Massachusetts
- 5+ years outpatient experience (vestibular experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something meaningful
- Interest in vestibular, balance, neuro, or pelvic health specialties
- Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency is a strong plus

Responsibilities
What You’ll Lead
Clinical Excellence
- Deliver high‑quality, individualized care across a diverse caseload: orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neuro
- Use advanced technology to elevate outcomes and patient safety
- Educate patients and families to support long‑term success
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team of PTs, PTAs, and students
- Set the tone for clinical quality, culture, and collaboration
- Lead training, skill development, and best‑practice implementation
Clinic Operations & Growth
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure smooth patient flow
- Drive key performance metrics (outcomes, satisfaction, reimbursement, visit growth)
- Partner with ownership on strategic decisions and future clinic expansion
Community Presence
- Represent FYZICAL in MetroWest Boston through community outreach and education
- Build strong relationships with referring providers and local organizations
