- Pay: $58,000–$75,000/year, based on experience. Paid bi-weekly.

What you’ll do
You’ll be the clinician our patients see most — delivering the hands-on treatment that moves them through their recovery. Working under the direction of our PT, you’ll carry out plans of care: leading therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, modalities, gait and balance training, and patient education.
You’ll progress patients within their established plan, keep a close eye on how they’re responding, and loop in the supervising PT when something needs a second look or a plan adjustment. Because you’ll handle the bulk of follow-up visits, you’ll build the kind of real relationships that keep patients showing up and getting better.
The caseload is a true mix — ortho and musculoskeletal (back pain, joint issues, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries), with balance/vestibular and some neuro folded in. No two days look alike, and we’re actively growing the ortho side.
Who we’re looking for
- Active Texas PTA license (or license-eligible). Outpatient experience is a plus — but we’re glad to talk to strong new grads ready to do great hands-on work.
- Comfortable with a mixed adult outpatient caseload — mostly ortho/MSK, with some neuro and balance/vestibular (40%).
- Great with people. You’ll see patients more than anyone in the building, so rapport, encouragement, and clear communication are the heart of the job.
- Organized with documentation. We run on Prompt EMR — fast and clean, not the documentation slog you may have had elsewhere.
- A team player who takes direction well and communicates proactively with the supervising PT and front desk.
What we offer
- A real pay range, posted up front — $58,000–$75,000/year depending on experience. No “let’s discuss” runaround.
- A predictable schedule. No last-minute changes, no scope creep, no “can you cover Friday?”
- A strong PT to work with and learn from. Clear plans of care, good communication, and support when you need it — you won’t be left guessing.
- Manageable caseloads and fair documentation expectations. We want you doing excellent work without burning out.
- Room to grow. As patient volume grows, there’s a path to take on more responsibility here.
- CEU support to keep your license current and your skills sharp.($1000 credit per year)
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision, partially employer-sponsored.
- A clinic that actually works. Modern equipment, a clean facility, and a front desk that handles scheduling and intake so you can focus on patients — plus a team of clinicians who’ll know you by name, not a staffing pool.
