We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in a flexible, part-time capacity as the clinic ramps. This role is ideal for a clinician who values quality care, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to be part of a growing clinic. There is also potential for this role to expand into a larger or leadership position over time, depending on interest and clinic growth.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality outpatient PT care (orthopedic + balance)
- Evaluate and treat patients in a 1:1 setting
- Deliver strong patient education and outcomes
- Collaborate with ownership on patient experience and clinic growth
- (Optional) Support community outreach and relationship building as we ramp

Responsibilities
- Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
- Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
- Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
- Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
- Examine and evaluate new patients
- Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
- Establish a plan goal and time frame
- Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness
- Educate the patient on continuing care
Skills & Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
- 1–3+ years of outpatient experience preferred
- Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a startup environment
- Interest in balance and vestibular therapy preferred (not required)
