This PRN role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who wants flexibility now—with the opportunity to grow into a larger or leadership role over time if desired.

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in a flexible, part-time capacity as the clinic ramps. This role is ideal for a clinician who values quality care, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to be part of a growing clinic. There is also potential for this role to expand into a larger or leadership position over time, depending on interest and clinic growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient PT care (orthopedic + balance)
• Evaluate and treat patients in a 1:1 setting
• Deliver strong patient education and outcomes
• Collaborate with ownership on patient experience and clinic growth
• (Optional) Support community outreach and relationship building as we ramp

Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
• Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
• Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
• Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
• Examine and evaluate new patients
• Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
• Establish a plan goal and time frame
• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Educate the patient on continuing care

Skills & Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
• 1–3+ years of outpatient experience preferred
• Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a startup environment
• Interest in balance and vestibular therapy preferred (not required)
