What You’ll Do

  • Develop and optimize all front desk operations, workflows, and training so every team member delivers a consistently exceptional patient experience
  • Own referral and lead conversion tracking and follow-up, and align the front office team with the physician liaison’s marketing strategy
  • Oversee new patient intake, benefits verification/authorization, and scheduling compliance to each patient’s Plan of Care
  • Oversee payment collections, including managing patient expectations around cancellation/no-show fees
  • Prepare business performance reports and action plans for ownership review
  • Own the front office’s performance against all assigned KPIs (see below)
  • Lead, train, and develop the CCS (Medical Receptionist) team, building a culture of excellence and accountability

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar front office / medical receptionist role (minimum 12+ months required); healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage front desk administrative workflows, and experience training others to do the same
  • Competency in patient intake, scheduling, and benefits verification/authorization; exposure to medical billing and/or provider insurance credentialing is a plus
  • Experience developing, documenting, and optimizing front desk workflows that improve efficiency and patient satisfaction is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems; experience with Prompt EMR is a plus
