As a Medical Scheduler, you will play an important role in the daily success of our clinic. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our patients, helping coordinate appointments, communicate with patients and our clinical team, and keep the schedule organized and running efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, comfortable communicating by phone, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Previous healthcare or physical therapy experience is helpful, but it is not required—we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
- Strong and professional phone and customer-service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, clinical staff, insurance representatives, and other team members
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
- Basic proficiency with email, including sending attachments and downloading/uploading files
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and comfort using instant messaging or other team communication platforms
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate and timely data entry
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy clinical environment
- Ability to collect and accurately document patient demographic and insurance information
- Ability to communicate insurance benefits, copays, deductibles, and other patient financial responsibilities in a professional manner
- Dependable, positive, and willing to work collaboratively as part of a patient-focused team
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
No previous medical scheduling or physical therapy experience is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
